Sales Engineer

Overview

Sales Engineer focused on selling UPS solutions by combining product expertise with business development and technical consultation.

What you'll do

• Generate new business through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to qualification and closing.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for satisfaction and repeat/upsell.
• Recommend UPS and battery solutions based on client technical needs.
• Use CRM tools to manage opportunities, track leads, and forecast revenue.
• Monitor competitors, identify trends, and evaluate market opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales plans and report performance and forecasts.

What you'll need

• Knowledge of UPS technologies (online, line-interactive) and related specifications.
• Understanding of battery types (VRLA, Li-ion) and runtime requirements.
• Knowledge of critical power applications across data centers, IT/ITeS, manufacturing, healthcare, and BFS.
• Ability to differentiate products using reliability, efficiency, TCO, and after-sales support.
• Experience building and using sales forecasts with CRM tools.
• BE in Electrical/Electronics.
