Senior Account Executive

Overview

Senior Account Executive for India, responsible for owning and executing the India sales strategy and delivering revenue and bookings targets.

What you'll do

• Own and execute the India sales strategy against revenue and bookings targets.
• Build pipeline via strategic prospecting, new logo acquisition, partners, referrals, and account development.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and qualification through negotiation and close.
• Win new enterprise and strategic accounts and expand existing relationships through upsell and cross-sell.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders (e.g., CIOs, CTOs, data leaders).
• Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, and forecast information in Salesforce.
• Partner with Sales Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and technology partners to drive outcomes.

What you'll need

• 12–15 years of experience in enterprise technology, software, or B2B technology sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Strong experience in new logo acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
• Experience selling to both large enterprises and digitally native technology companies.
• Strong pipeline generation and prospecting skills to independently create opportunities.
• Ability to translate complex technology concepts into business value for technical and executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel across India as required.
