Sales Executive

About the role

We're looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to build and manage our sales presence in Vijayawada. You'll be on the ground, meeting prospects face-to-face, converting leads into customers, and growing our footprint in the education technology space.

What you'll do

• Identify and approach potential institutional and individual clients within your assigned territory
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling pitches tailored to EdTech solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, principals, and decision-makers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent prospecting and follow-up
• Prepare accurate reports on pipeline, conversions, and market feedback for the sales team

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of field sales or direct sales experience (EdTech background strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding targets
• Comfort with ground-level prospecting — visiting institutions, cold calling, and networking
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly

Nice to have

• Familiarity with education sector dynamics and institutional buying cycles
• Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based products
• Local network or relationships in Vijayawada
