Overview

Sales Executive (ibis Navi Mumbai) responsible for handling group bookings and telephone enquiries, coordinating group arrangements, and supporting sales administration.

What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, and hours of operation.
• Answer incoming phone calls and handle telephone enquiries using hotel telephone etiquette and departmental procedure.
• Coordinate group arrangements and facilitate program planning with group contacts.
• Communicate group needs and specifications to relevant departments and coordinate follow-ups.
• Input all group bookings and update booking activities in the system on a weekly basis.
• Prepare reports, maintain records and filing, manage gifts inventory, and arrange site inspections.
