Sales Executive

Overview

Sales Executive role focused on field sales performance, retailer visibility, merchandising, and executing promotions to achieve annual objectives.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with customers.
• Optimize base sales, NPD, and promotions.
• Ensure retailer visibility and shelf availability using merchandising techniques.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities.
• Handle point-of-buying materials placement and implementation.
• Report on field activities and deliver field KPIs.

What you'll need

• Sales experience, preferably in FMCG/CPG.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Perseverance and attention to detail.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree (full-time).
