Sales Executive (Turkish Speaker) for logistics/SaaS, focused on driving net new business in the Turkish market.

What you'll do

• Drive strategic growth by acquiring SMBs across the Turkish market.
• Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing for complex SaaS solutions.
• Use CRM forecasting to manage deal velocity.
• Lead complex price-to-value negotiations to meet ARR targets and protect contract value.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience selling complex B2B solutions in SaaS, LogTech, or Logistics.
• Turkish proficiency at Native or C2 level.
• English proficiency described as fluent/proficient.
• A demonstrated drive for net new business acquisition.

Nice to have

• Experience navigating large-scale, private equity-owned global environments or international organizational structures.
• Fluency in German.
