Business Developer Surgical Robotics

Overview

Business Developer for Surgical Robotics responsible for selling the Medtronic Hugo™ Robotic-Assisted Surgery System to an assigned list of existing hospital clients.

What you'll do

• Travel frequently in the field to meet clients and colleagues.
• Engage surgical teams to assess opportunities to expand robotic-assisted surgery.
• Work with C-suite decision-makers on innovation projects and technology adoption plans.
• Support hospitals in enhancing clinical strategy using the Hugo™ Surgical Robotic System.
• Present and communicate benefits of the Hugo™ system to surgical teams.
• Develop business cases and TCO/cost-per-procedure analyses with budget holders to support purchase decisions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience leading negotiations and selling complex medical devices or capital equipment.
• Ability to negotiate and sell with a proven track record of success.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Native-level German and proficiency in English.
• Operating room experience.
• Maintain active networks in surgery/operating theatres, including regular connections with surgeons.
• In-field travel requirement of 70%+ of the time.
