What you'll do

• Plan, deploy and manage manpower, tracking productivity and capacity.
• Design territories, consolidate them, plan beats and optimize territory coverage.
• Drive app changes, adoption and go-to-market of new agent app capabilities.
• Design payout structures and incentives and launch new earning opportunities.
• Manage territory restructuring, mapping and ownership changes.
• Identify gaps and build data-backed task creation logics using analytics and insights.
• Partner with Product, Tech and Business teams to convert operational gaps into scalable solutions.
