Sales Representative - International Markets

Overview

Drive sales to existing Tide members in international markets by understanding their business needs and recommending relevant fintech products. Build relationships, close sales and achieve individual and team targets.

What you'll do

• Call existing members and uncover sales opportunities.
• Pitch, upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
• Support upcoming product launches and market activities.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Provide feedback on leads, scripts and campaigns.
• Record interactions, feedback and outcomes in CRM tools.
• Own ad-hoc projects supporting commercial growth.

What you'll need

• Proven success hitting and exceeding revenue-based targets.
• Consultative sales, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Strong English communication and a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to work UK-aligned hours from an international location.
• Comfort using CRM tools such as Kustomer or similar.
• Ability to work collaboratively while owning personal KPIs.
• Interest in fintech, SME banking and financial services.

Nice to have

• Previous financial services sales experience.
• Understanding of UK business culture and SME customer behaviour.
