Salesforce Administrator

Overview

Salesforce Administrator responsible for configuring, supporting and administering Salesforce across the organization, working with stakeholders to deliver business solutions.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to Salesforce support.
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions based on identified business requirements, leveraging declarative tools and customization.
• Configure Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules and Public Groups.
• Create new Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Page layouts and Lookup relationships.
• Configure approval processes, reports and dashboards.
• Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup and deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups.
• Understand data flow, structure and mapping, and ensure data integrity and completeness.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of Salesforce in various business processes.
• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, updates and best practices to continuously enhance system capabilities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, customisations and integration concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications.
• Certification in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

• Willing to work in overlapping US hours until 11:30 PM (IST).
