Salesforce CPQ Consultant

Overview

Join the team as a Salesforce CPQ Consultant, focusing on configuring, implementing and optimizing Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) solutions for complex business needs. You will work closely with clients, lead CPQ deployments and apply best practices across projects.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business needs for Salesforce CPQ implementations.
• Lead Salesforce CPQ configuration.
• Use Salesforce tools such as Flows and Price Rules to streamline and automate business processes.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices for performance, scalability and security.
• Act as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through implementation and post-deployment support.
• Provide training to ensure high adoption rates and effective use of Salesforce CPQ.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical and business documentation.
• Continuously learn and apply the latest Salesforce CPQ features and industry trends, including related tools such as DocuSign and Conga.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and Sales Cloud.
• Proven track record of configuring and implementing Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) solutions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools such as Flows and complex CPQ configurations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to address challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, delivering solutions on time and within scope.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist or Sales Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
• Experience with Docusign and Conga is a plus.
