Salesforce Manager

Overview

Lead Salesforce consulting and implementation work within PwC's Advisory practice, guiding teams and managing delivery for client service and case management initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead Salesforce implementation workstreams across client service and case management initiatives
• Manage project planning, budgeting, timelines, and delivery activities for Salesforce Service Cloud engagements
• Guide teams through requirements elicitation, process design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Analyze client business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions that support service operations
• Oversee Salesforce administration, system integration, and platform enhancements across multiple environments
• Coach team members in solution delivery, issue resolution, and development of technical consulting skills
• Review deliverables for alignment with technical standards, project scope, and client objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service workflows, field service operations, and cross-channel support processes

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• Demonstrated Salesforce Service Cloud implementation experience in client-facing settings
• Leading project planning, budgeting, and delivery for Salesforce workstreams
• Coaching team members through requirements gathering and solution design
• Analyzing system interactions across business processes and technology
• Applying Salesforce administration knowledge across service delivery enhancements
