Overview

Salesforce Architect role in Taiwan (remote) leading digital transformation and business process optimization for customers, spanning strategy, implementation, and ongoing governance on the Salesforce platform.

What you'll do

• Lead the full journey from enterprise system vision and strategy through implementation and live operation.
• Guide customers and teams to use the Salesforce platform to achieve business vision and goals.
• Take part in representative transformation projects as a consultant or Prime Vendor, from strategic planning to go-live.
• Help customers evaluate and adopt next-generation AI solutions such as Agentforce.
• Use AI tools to improve analytical depth, design quality, and delivery efficiency.
• Take part in every key project phase, from vision planning and architecture design to post-launch operation and continuous optimization.
• Work in one of the following roles depending on background: PM (Project Manager/Engagement Delivery Manager), BA (Business Architect), SA (Solution Architect), or TA (Technical Architect).
• Plan the overall framework for business process reform and organizational change, and plan the direction of organizational and process transformation.
• Design the enterprise IT architecture and Salesforce platform development strategy.
• Define the utilization strategy, governance strategy, and development roadmap for the Salesforce Org (Instance), including its governance model, usage strategy, and long-term direction.
• Help customers drive AI and digital transformation from an enterprise architecture or CTO advisor perspective.
• Plan change management and enablement programs and drive adoption to improve results after the solution is introduced.
• Take part in PoC design and validation to assess solution feasibility.
• Take part in project planning, progress management, and execution management.
• Conduct requirements interviews, requirements analysis, and process facilitation.
• Lead or take part in application design, architecture design, and detailed design, and review related deliverables.
• Lead implementation and testing, or define development standards and quality management processes.
• Carry out data migration and deployment to production, or define the migration strategy and support its execution.
• Help establish development standards and DevOps processes such as development environment design, build, and operations (CI/CD).
• Help establish Salesforce governance mechanisms and the operating model of a CoE (Center of Excellence).
• Establish or take part in design review and architecture governance processes to ensure design quality.
• Provide design best practices and optimization recommendations to improve project delivery quality.
• Run Org health checks, architecture diagnostics, and optimization recommendations for existing environments.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience of 7+ years in at least one of: Strategy & Change Design; Governance & Optimization; or Project Execution & Support, having served in a main driving role.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams or projects (title not required).
• Able to communicate effectively with customer senior executives (including C-level) and relevant stakeholders, building consensus and moving projects forward.
• Strong cross-department and cross-role communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with different members.
• Able to quickly understand business needs, Salesforce-related technical concepts, and project methodologies.
• Willing and proactive in learning new technologies, and willing to use AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Able to practice critical thinking and unlearning.
• Not overly attached to past successes, and able to flexibly adjust thinking and methodology for new technologies such as AI.
• Chinese: native level.
• English: business-level communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in projects involving AI, data applications, data governance, or AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with project communication and cross-border collaboration in English.
• Have actually used AI tools to improve efficiency or delivery quality in consulting services or system implementation.
• Salesforce-related certifications, such as Application Architect or System Architect.
