Salesforce Technical Architect

Overview

Salesforce Technical Architect (12–15 years experience) to lead enterprise architecture decisions for AI-native, multi-cloud Salesforce platforms including Agentforce and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.

What you'll do

• Lead technical architecture across multi-cloud Salesforce implementations from design through delivery governance, go-live, and post-production optimization.
• Design and govern enterprise Agentforce agent frameworks including taxonomy, skill libraries, and human escalation protocols.
• Define enterprise MCP server architecture by exposing Salesforce objects, Apex actions, and APIs to LLMs with access control and audit governance.
• Establish and enforce AI development standards including prompt template versioning, LLM gateway configuration, and AI output validation.
• Lead technical pre-sales activities for Healthcare and Hi-Tech clients, including solution architecture and RFP/SOW technical content.
• Define multi-org strategy, data residency architecture, scalability roadmaps, and technical governance for enterprise Salesforce estates.
• Partner with MuleSoft architects on API-led connectivity to integrate Salesforce with EHR, ERP, data platforms, and AI infrastructure.

What you'll need

• 12–15 years of experience in the role.
• Hands-on proficiency with next-generation AI tools, LLM platforms, and Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Technical mastery across Salesforce CTA-level platform capabilities including Agentforce Platform Architecture and MCP design.
• Experience with Einstein Copilot Studio and LLM gateway configurations.
• Ability to design multi-org / org strategy and Salesforce Data Cloud architecture.
• Experience with MuleSoft API-led connectivity design and event-driven architecture patterns.
