SAP FICO Leader - IT Finance Lead Specialist

Overview

Lead SAP Finance, Controlling, and Consolidation solutions within Qnity's multi-year SAP ERP modernization and digital transformation program. The role covers solution architecture and project delivery across finance processes, from design through go-live and hyper-care.

What you'll do

• Architect Finance, Controlling, and Consolidation solutions.
• Partner with Finance, business, and IT stakeholders to define opportunities and business cases.
• Lead projects through blueprinting, design, build, testing, change management, go-live, and hyper-care.
• Oversee scalable, compliant system changes aligned with Finance and IT standards.
• Lead testing and coordinate with functional subject matter experts.
• Work with strategic partners and development resources on solution delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant emerging technologies and global changes.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of experience in related business operations and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, finance, tax, business commerce, or a related technical field.
• Relevant SAP FICO experience, including General Ledger, Product Costing, Fixed Assets, Controlling, Profit Center Accounting, and data migration.
• Experience as an SAP FICO subject matter expert or IT consultant.
• Experience working with Finance and business teams on the IT or Finance side.
• Experience influencing functional teams and management on technology solutions.
• Successful experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DuPont or Qnity processes.
