SAP Functional Architect - FICO and Global Tax

Overview

Provide expert SAP Finance architecture and remote fourth-level support for global customers, resolving complex FICO, CFIN and S/4HANA Finance issues.

What you'll do

• Provide remote SAP fourth-level support to global customers.
• Resolve complex SAP Finance issues using business process, configuration and functional expertise.
• Build support relationships through customer-focused communication.
• Track customer issues from start to closure.
• Troubleshoot customer issues remotely using analytical skills.
• Support urgent customer issues occasionally after hours, on weekends and holidays.

What you'll need

• 18+ years of expert-level SAP FICO, CFIN and S/4HANA Finance experience.
• Understanding of e-invoicing and e-reporting requirements across multiple countries.
• Experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
• Ability to interpret country-specific legal requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Senior consultancy experience in configuration and support.
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt new skills proactively.

• SAP Treasury experience.
• SAP RE-FX experience.
• SAP RAR experience.
• Product Costing and Material Ledger experience.
• Fixed Assets experience.
• Debugging skills.
