Overview

SAP Poland PY Consultant role responsible for defining the technical and functional vision of complex, large-scale projects and ensuring their technical and functional success from requirements through go-live and post-go-live support.

What you'll do

• Adapt and prepare the technical environment, advising on the products most appropriate to customer requirements
• Solve complex problems related to the technical environment of the application
• Share and extrapolate knowledge across clients and work teams to optimize the service provided
• Collaborate on and suggest service improvements at customer level and for the euHReka platform in your areas of expertise
• Supervise, manage and improve input from other team members
• Develop the technical design document for complex applications produced by the functional team
• Supervise the definition of necessary data structures based on the data model, and application flow diagrams, ensuring they meet customer requirements
• Perform integrated testing of complex applications
• Provide the necessary technical support to other members of the development team
• Identify new business areas within existing customers
• Contribute to the reuse of knowledge
• Apply methodological approaches to problem solving and project management
• Encourage and lead the technical education of the development team
• Hold certifications in products and relevant technologies for the role
• Offer solutions that improve optimization and performance and raise service quality
• Disseminate knowledge as an expert, explicitly or implicitly
• Promote adaptation of the system to changing business needs and technology
• Advise on pre-sales actions
• Act as a technical reference and perform coaching and mentoring
• Manage the pool of work, optimizing the service provided
• Provide suggestions that increase productivity and technical service quality
• Anticipate problems at project and support level and proactively search for alternative solutions
• Ensure profitability of assigned tasks through precise monitoring
