Overview

Drive and implement SAP PP processes (Make to Stock) in manufacturing-to-supply deployment programs, including change, compliance, and performance improvement.

What you'll do

• Drive business value for own sub-processes based on overall process strategy.
• Communicate and continuously implement (sub-) process changes.
• Manage Make to Stock (M2S) deployment tasks in rollout projects.
• Align and adapt process changes, including user requirements, norms, standards, and related processes.
• Support roadmap definition for rollout and increase (sub-) process maturity.
• Secure sustainable implementation and compliance of process standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators and manage transformation implementation programs.

What you'll need

• 7+ years relevant experience in SAP PP.
• Several years of experience with S/4, especially in manufacturing (M2S) area.
• Relevant university degree with focus on manufacturing and/or supply chain processes.
• Several years of experience in consulting or industry, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
• Extensive business experience across manufacturing-to-supply processes from projects and/or operations.
• Ability to train and coach user departments on applying standard processes.

Nice to have

• Willingness to travel regularly and work in an international environment.
