Overview

Lead SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consulting engagements as a Director in PwC's Technology Consulting practice at the Acceleration Center India, setting strategic direction, leading business development and overseeing multiple projects.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes for clients
• Analyze client requirements and implement tailored SAP CRM solutions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications
• Collaborate with executive-level clients to drive business growth and shape client engagements
• Mentor and develop the next generation of leaders within the team
• Promote technological advancements and foster an environment where people and technology thrive together
• Identify market gaps and convert opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
• Develop innovative ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership in the industry
• Balance long-term strategic planning with short-term execution to achieve client objectives
• Adhere to and enforce professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 16 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• At least one of: one or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
• Leading strategic initiatives in SAP Customer Relationship Management
• Driving business process improvements in technology consulting
