SAP - SF – Payroll Manager

Overview

Manage SAP HCM implementation and integration projects, helping clients optimize human resources processes and talent management. Lead teams, manage client accounts, and support strategic HR transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP HCM solution implementation and integration.
• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored SAP HCM solutions.
• Provide client training and application support.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Identify business process improvement opportunities with client leadership.
• Build and maintain client relationships.

What you'll need

• At least 8 years of experience.
• At least a bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Experience with SAP Human Capital Management solutions.
• Experience managing complex HR transformation projects.
• Experience with business process improvement initiatives.

Nice to have

• SAP certification in SAP Human Capital solutions, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or a related HR platform.
• Experience with workforce analytics.
• Experience with change management.
