Senior Account Executive , Expansion - DACH (Germany Based)

Overview

Senior Account Executive (Expansion) supporting the DACH market. This is a hunter role building your own pipeline and running complex, end-to-end deals for HubSpot mid-market offerings.

What you'll do

• Build your own pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting into the install base.
• Self-source the majority of opportunities and carry an individual quota.
• Run deals end to end, from first outreach through close.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with service, CS, IT, and business buyers.
• Own discovery, demos, and solution design for Service Hub, Customer Agent, and Revenue Hub.
• Translate technical value (APIs, integrations, platform capabilities) into business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal customer-facing teams to move deals forward.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales with consistent quota attainment as an individual contributor.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Proven, self-sourced pipeline generation through outbound prospecting.
• Track record of closing and expanding business in complex environments.
• Strong technical aptitude and natural curiosity for technical conversations.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations tied to stakeholder goals and pains.
