SMB Account Executive, Germany

Overview

SMB Account Executive focused on driving Enterprise Suite adoption for Postman within an assigned SMB territory in the DACH region.

What you'll do

• Build a credible funnel for Postman Enterprise adoption for assigned organizations.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Develop a strategic outbound motion for the territory.
• Convert inbound leads into closed opportunities.
• Plan and execute land-and-expand strategies to drive adoption and larger deployments.
• Educate customers on Postman value throughout evaluation and adoption.
• Navigate key decision makers to build Postman Enterprise awareness.

What you'll need

• Fluent in German and English.
• Relevant sales experience, preferably in an Enterprise SaaS organization.
• Successful track record of pipeline generation.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills shown by regularly exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively.
• Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite.
