Territory Account Executive - Germany

Overview

Territory Account Executive for Germany, owning and growing a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the region in a remote setup.

What you'll do

• Own and grow enterprise accounts across Germany using existing relationships and new business development.
• Run end-to-end multistakeholder sales cycles from discovery and qualification to close.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline balancing strategic and transactional opportunities.
• Develop executive relationships and translate technical capabilities into board-level priorities.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, Channel Development, and the partner ecosystem to extend reach.
• Feed market intelligence to leadership, including competitive signals and account trends.

What you'll need

• Experience closing complex enterprise deals and expanding into larger multi-product opportunities.
• Track record of both new-logo acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships.
• Fluent German and professional English, engaging technical buyers and executive stakeholders in either language.
• Understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement processes, and multistakeholder decision-making.
• Comfort working with channel partners and distributors as part of go-to-market motion.
• Regular willingness to travel across the territory to build in-person relationships.
