Partner Marketplace Development Manager (Remote, DEU)

Overview

Partner Marketplace Development Manager driving growth from Germany into the European channel landscape by expanding and optimizing the MP/Distribution partner ecosystem, with a dedicated focus on Schwarz Digit.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute business and partner plans across Germany to exceed revenue targets.
• Own the Schwarz Digit partnership across Marketplace, Distribution, and Reselling motions.
• Create and maintain a granular business plan with measurable milestones, KPIs, and pipeline targets.
• Drive Sovereign Digitality positioning within the Schwarz Digit partnership and broader European ecosystem.
• Identify and recruit, onboard, and grow distribution/VAR/reseller/referral partnerships.
• Orchestrate partner enablement and joint marketing initiatives to increase partner visibility and adoption.

What you'll need

• University/college degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven channel/distribution sales experience with technology vendors across Germany; cybersecurity/info security experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to operate in matrix organizations while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Marketplace and channel experience, including familiarity with cloud marketplace models and reseller ecosystems.
• Track record of consistent quota over-achievement and closing enterprise-level solutions/services.
• New partner development experience including strategic identification, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Native fluency in German and business-level English.
