Account Executive, Named - Germany

Overview

Account Executive (Named) for Germany, owning and growing a portfolio of enterprise accounts while running full sales cycles end to end.

What you'll do

• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across Germany.
• Run multistakeholder sales cycles from discovery and qualification through close.
• Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline across the territory.
• Develop executive relationships and translate technical capabilities into board-level priorities.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers and channel/partner teams to extend reach.
• Feed market intelligence back to leadership, including competitive signals and account trends.

What you'll need

• Experience closing complex enterprise deals and expanding into larger, multi-product opportunities.
• A track record of both new-logo acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships.
• Fluency in German and professional English for technical and executive stakeholders.
• Understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement, and multistakeholder decision-making.
• Comfort working with channel partners and distributors in a go-to-market motion.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the territory for in-person customer relationships.

Nice to have

• Background in cybersecurity, data protection, backup/recovery, or adjacent infrastructure/cloud categories.
• Experience using MEDDPICC as a sales qualification and execution framework.
• Existing relationships within large German enterprise or Mittelstand organizations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
