Enterprise Account Executive

Overview

Enterprise Account Executive selling Redis Enterprise to enterprise customers in a defined territory.

What you'll do

• Formulate and execute a sales strategy plan to drive revenue growth for the territory.
• Identify, qualify, and develop the sales pipeline with internal teams.
• Close new business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
• Build customer and partner relationships and deliver expected value.
• Upsell and cross-sell while working independently and with the team.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience selling SaaS software to enterprise clients.
• Consultative, value-based approach to selling open source software for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.
• Domain expertise in retail or finance (BFSI) or telco sectors.
• Deep understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
• Exceptional communication skills to present value of complex solutions simply.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and objectives.
• Experience working with channels/partners.
