Senior Accountant

Overview

Senior Accountant responsible for overseeing accounting and revenue acceptance activities for Contra Revenue, covering rebates, incentives, advisor services, waivers, and claw backs.

What you'll do

• Review and approve availability of funds in the Advisors revenue acceptance process.
• Collaborate with account managers to resolve funds availability issues and reduce revenue leakage.
• Run SalesForce database reports to capture deal contract details into the Contra Revenue System (CRS).
• Lead country call meetings to review and adjust accruals based on deal performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial close, including preparation/review of journal entries.
• Prepare GL reconciliations for waivers and rebates, including variance analysis vs forecast.
• Support analytics, metric reports, and quarterly reporting for the corporate team.

What you'll need

• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Financial/ERP systems experience, preferably Oracle.
• Strong foundation and experience in accounting.
• Ability to produce accurate and reliable outputs.
• Strong bias on controls and process adherence.
• Ability to deliver under pressure with a structured approach.
