Senior Analyst - RTR

Overview

Senior Analyst - RTR for the US RTR team, focused on intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and supporting smooth month-end close.

What you'll do

• Prepare intercompany workings, journals, and supporting documentation for accruals/reclass activity.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations, accrual postings, and clearing of mismatches with counterparties.
• Prepare and post intercompany accrual journals in line with accounting policies.
• Run Blackline balance sheet reconciliations and resolve aged open items.
• Reconcile settled vs open invoices and conduct unbilled accrual reconciliations and reporting.
• Support month-end close activities including IC accounting, cost accruals, and financial reporting in BPC packs.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable/Receivable, controllership, and in-market finance/commercial teams for required approvals.

What you'll need

• 6-8 years of experience in intercompany accounting and Record to Report process.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, intercompany accounting, and accruals.
• Hands-on experience with Blackline, BPC, and D365 ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines during month-end close.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Details

• Location: Bangalore.
• Shift timings: month end close 5:00 pm to 2:30 pm; non-month end 2:30 to 11 pm.
• Employment: Full time; Contract Type: Consultant.
