Senior Application Engineer, Zuora Billing

Overview

Senior Application Engineer for Zuora Billing on Twilio’s Enterprise Application Development and Operations team.

What you'll do

• Own requirements, design, configure, develop, test, and maintain Zuora billing.
• Lead end-to-end architecture and complex product catalog design in Zuora Billing.
• Drive advanced Zuora configurations including workflows, integrations, and billing rules.
• Design, build, and support integrations between Zuora and enterprise systems via APIs and middleware.
• Provide post–go-live production support, including incident management and root cause analysis.
• Lead full lifecycle implementations and governance, including documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Run cross-functional requirement sessions and manage conversions/implementations.

What you'll need

• Strong knowledge of Zuora subscriptions, billing, and product/pricing management.
• Knowledge of Zuora integrations with Salesforce, Oracle ERP, banks, payment gateways, and Avalara tax.
• Expertise in the Zuora platform, objects, custom events, and Zuora workflows.
• Knowledge of customer aging, AR to GL reconciliation, and month-end processes.
• Knowledge of change management and Agile methodologies.
• B.Tech or MBA graduate.
• Ability to develop and execute system conversion and implementations.

Details

• Role is remote and based in India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, Delhi).
• Approximately 10% travel is anticipated.
