Senior Applied Value Engineer - CMT/CPGR

Overview

Senior Applied Value Engineer to prototype and deliver AI/process intelligence solutions with strategic customers, demonstrating executive value and ensuring adoption and realization of value.

What you'll do

• Understand customers’ AI strategy and business-critical challenges.
• Translate customer requirements into solutions and prototype them in customer hackathons.
• Support ROI from AI deployments at scale using autonomous AI agents with the Process Intelligence Platform.
• Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects, including architecture and secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with RAG, tools, and guardrails.
• Stay involved until agreed value and adoption thresholds are reached.
• Specialize in domains or industries to scale internal knowledge (e.g., supply chain).

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales, including defining AI roadmaps.
• Experience prototyping machine learning and generative AI solutions.
• Understanding of generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
• Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of data engineering tools and technologies.
• Strong presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders, including executives.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.
