Overview

Senior Data Center Architecture Consultant focused on designing the strategic and technical architecture for modern datacenter solutions, especially Compute, Storage, and Backup platforms.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain datacenter architectures for enterprise environments.
• Plan, design, and optimize compute, storage, and backup solutions.
• Create architecture concepts, target states, and technology roadmaps.
• Evaluate new technologies, vendor solutions, and architectural approaches.
• Advise business units, IT operations, and management on infrastructure topics.
• Define standards, best practices, and governance requirements.
• Perform capacity, performance, and availability analyses.

What you'll need

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in datacenter, infrastructure architecture, or IT infrastructure design.
• Strong knowledge in at least one of: server/virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix, containerization, OpenShift, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge in at least one of: enterprise storage (e.g., NetApp, Dell PowerStore, Everpure, HPE).
• Strong knowledge in at least one of: backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Commvault, Veeam, Rubrik, Cohesity).
• Experience with consulting and operating modern solutions.
