Overview
Lead data engineering engagements as a Senior Associate by designing scalable data pipelines and architectures and delivering data solutions for clients.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
- Lead and manage a team of data engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Implement code reviews, testing, and documentation practices.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
What you'll need
- 5–8 years of experience in data services, data architecture, and data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Spark, PySpark, and Python.
- Experience designing scalable data pipelines and architectures.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or MBA qualification.
Nice to have
- Experience with Databricks, Azure, or AWS data engineering platforms.
- Familiarity with BigQuery, Redshift, S3, or EMR.
- Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with machine learning and data science concepts.
- Industry certifications related to data engineering or cloud platforms.
