Overview

Senior Associate GenAI Engineer role focused on designing, developing, and deploying scalable generative AI solutions using LLMs and transformer architectures for client innovation and transformation.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions using LLMs and open-/vendor models.
• Fine-tune and customize foundation models using domain-specific datasets.
• Build and orchestrate model workflows, including integration into enterprise systems.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies for accurate, context-aware responses.
• Develop APIs and integrate GenAI capabilities into applications.
• Evaluate model performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics and iteratively improve outputs.

What you'll need

• 4 to 7 years of experience.
• Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Hands-on experience deploying solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain.
• Ability to develop REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience managing ML pipelines using MLflow or Weights & Biases.

Nice to have

• Experience in fine-tuning models.
• Experience in SLM.
• RAG with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Streamlit or Gradio for prototyping.
• Docker and Kubernetes for model deployment.
