Senior Backend Engineer (Golang)

Overview

Senior Backend Engineer (Golang) to design and build core backend features for Endor Labs’ SaaS products in a distributed engineering environment.

What you'll do

• Design and build core backend features end-to-end for SaaS products.
• Contribute to large-scale technical projects focused on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Participate in architectural discussions and drive technical decisions.
• Write clean, well-documented, testable backend code.
• Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
• Use observability best practices to support reliability and availability.

What you'll need

• 5+ years building scalable backends for product or SaaS companies.
• 2+ years of Golang experience focused on microservices/distributed architecture.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Practical experience designing APIs with one or more frameworks (gRPC preferred).
• Strong understanding of scalable distributed systems, including microservices and stateless architectures.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and documentation for engineering best practices.
• Practical experience troubleshooting distributed systems and identifying root causes.
