Overview

Senior Business Development Manager for Immersive Experiences EMEA, responsible for identifying and closing strategic growth opportunities and strengthening long-term customer partnerships across Germany and Europe.

What you'll do

• Manage the full business development cycle from acquisition through qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop growth strategies with senior industry leaders and build joint account plans.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across industries such as CMT, CRL, and MFG.
• Define customized proposals, scopes of work, and pricing strategies with subject matter experts.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to RFPs and tenders for compliant submissions.
• Track and report pipeline health, KPIs, forecasts, and revenue targets.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience in digital, agency, or tech-led environments.
• Proven success selling complex CGI, production, creative, and MarTech solutions.
• Business development experience including contract writing, pricing strategy, negotiation, and compliance.
• Experience crafting and delivering RFP/tender responses with cross-functional teams.
• Project management expertise to manage scope, risks, timelines, communication, and quality.
• Fluent English and German (additional languages are a plus).
