Overview

Senior Business Execution Consultant focused on graphic design for support functions/operations across business groups and strategic initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups.
• Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness for assigned operations and manage pipelines.
• Research and analyze moderately complex business and operational initiatives.
• Plan and execute programs/initiatives including risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Consult with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures.
• Create and deliver custom presentations, graphics, and visual communications from concept through production.
• Review jobs for quality, brand adherence, accuracy, and completeness and train the team on enhanced-design requests.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience (or equivalent).
• BA/BS in Graphic Design or a visual design-related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or similar agency environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a client-service minded environment.
• Advanced-level experience with Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• 10+ years of Graphic Design experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and strong written/verbal communication.
