Overview

Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist responsible for servicing commercial loan products, resolving customer service issues, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide servicing activities for low to moderately complex commercial products.
• Coordinate resolution of open customer service issues with internal and external customers.
• Perform customer service, loan diligence, and regulatory diligence while ensuring compliance.
• Evaluate and upload data into systems of record.
• Review and negotiate basic loan servicing transactions and mitigate related risks.
• Serve as an escalation point for client issue resolution.
• Provide guidance and training to peers and independently exercise judgment for low to moderately complex cases.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of commercial loan servicing experience (or equivalent via work/training/military/education).
• Required qualifications include commercial loan servicing experience for Europe, Middle East & Africa only.
• Good working knowledge of Loan IQ application is a requisite.
• Present recommendations and use independent judgment based on function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru, India.
• Night shift schedule from India timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (non-rotational).
• Live US role.
