Overview

Senior Commercial Loan Closing Representative to support commercial loan closing activities, including process improvement and compliant handling of loan documentation.

What you'll do

• Support performance of less experienced staff and overall team effectiveness.
• Provide feedback and ideas to improve or implement processes and tools for Commercial Loan Closing.
• Evaluate and upload data into systems of record to ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform complex legal activities for loan documentation, including documentation from third parties, internal staff, and the Corporate Legal Group.
• Provide subject matter expertise and procedure interpretation to less experienced individuals.
• Work with Credit, Sales, and Legal to meet proper procedure and documentation requirements aligned to negotiated terms and compliance standards.
• Interact with immediate team and internal customers related to Commercial Loan Closing.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of Commercial Loan Closing support experience, or equivalent via work experience, training, military experience, or education.
