Senior Engineer

Overview

Support semiconductor products through the product lifecycle, focusing on product quality, yield improvement, and reliability initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support semiconductor products through the product lifecycle, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Perform silicon characterization, validation, and yield analysis.
• Investigate manufacturing, reliability, and customer-return issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions (CAPA).
• Monitor yield and product health metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with design, test, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Support product qualifications, ECOs, and process changes.
• Generate reports on yield, quality, and manufacturing performance.
• Automate data analysis and reporting using scripting tools.
• Document engineering findings and best practices for product sustainment.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, VLSI, Microelectronics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Semiconductor Product Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, Yield Engineering, or Manufacturing Support.
• Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, silicon characterization, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and root cause investigation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global cross-functional teams.
