Senior Engineer - Hardware

Overview

Senior Hardware/Controls Engineer responsible for designing and managing controls circuit modules, documentation, and component databases, while coordinating cross-functional work across sites.

What you'll do

• Manage circuit modules for controls.
• Create and maintain related documentation.
• Manage a component database.
• Coordinate VAVE efforts for controls and collaborate with cross-functional teams across sites.
• Collaborate with procurement on controls, PCBA, and electronic components aligned to global strategy.
• Support supplier roadmap, technology roadmap, and module/component library creation.
• Create and run VAVE and quality improvement pipeline (template, track, measure, share progress).

What you'll need

• 7-10 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication (or equivalent).
• Strong background in hardware circuit design.
• Strong component selection knowledge.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing embedded controls for consumer/HVAC products.
• Project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within and outside India for project needs.

Nice to have

• Value analysis / value engineering skills.
• Preferred experience in air conditioning control systems.
