Senior Engineer (Highways & Roads)

Overview

The Senior Highway Engineer will lead the design, coordination, and delivery of highway engineering solutions for projects across the Middle East region.

What you'll do

• Oversee project-based supervision of designers and drafting staff.
• Deliver highway engineering designs while maintaining technical quality standards.
• Coordinate with Lead Project Offices (LPO) and conduct technical reviews.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, quality requirements, client expectations, project schedules, and budgets.
• Mentor junior team members with technical guidance.
• Liaise with ME-based customers in a responsive, client-focused manner.

What you'll need

• Have around 8 to 12 years of relevant highways consultancy experience.
• Hold a Qualified Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Be an experienced user of Civil3D/Open Roads and AutoCAD.
• Use highways design codes and standards including KSA/Qatar/UAE/DMRB/AASHTHO.
• Have experience implementing quality standards and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
• Demonstrate successful delivery of highway projects and use written/spoken English in a business environment.
