Senior Engineer- HVAC (MEP)

Overview

Senior HVAC (MEP) engineer to lead HVAC load calculations, system design, and documentation for healthcare and mission-critical facilities and data centers.

What you'll do

• Perform HVAC load calculations using Carrier HAP.
• Design HVAC systems including airside, chilled water, ventilation, and smoke control/pressurization.
• Prepare and review calculations, specifications, reports, and construction drawings.
• Develop design calculations and technical documentation for HVAC systems.
• Coordinate HVAC design packages with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines.
• Review and guide junior engineers and BIM modelers.

What you'll need

• Carrier HAP experience for HVAC load calculations.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and international codes.
• Experience with Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Navis Works and exposure to Revizto.
• IES-VE knowledge for energy modeling and building performance analysis.
• At least 4–5 years of HVAC design experience in a Consulting/GDC environment for overseas projects.
