Senior Engineer - Linux device drivers

Senior Engineer role focused on developing and optimizing Linux device drivers and system-level components for multi-processor multimedia and AI frameworks.

What you'll do

• Develop and optimize Linux device drivers, firmware modules, and system-level components.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and QA teams for seamless integration and delivery.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Investigate and resolve complex system-level issues across hardware and software boundaries.
• Contribute to high-performance drivers and runtime libraries for specialized DSP and AI hardware.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in embedded systems, Linux device drivers, or firmware development.
• 4+ years of professional experience in C and C++ programming.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects, particularly in the Linux kernel community.
• Good understanding of system architecture, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS/related field plus 2+ years software engineering or related work experience (or equivalent Master’s/PhD options).
• 2+ years of academic/work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
