Senior Engineer - SAP SF - Employee Central

Overview

Senior Engineer for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Workforce Analytics (WFA), supporting, enhancing, and optimizing a global HR technology landscape.

What you'll do

• Lead configuration and administration of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Ensure EC data integrity via audits, validations, and reconciliations.
• Design and configure Workforce Analytics dashboards, metrics, and data transformations.
• Develop and maintain HR reports using Story Reports, Advanced Reporting (ORD), and Canvas Reports.
• Provide L2/L3 support for SuccessFactors EC & WFA issues and resolve defects/integration issues.
• Partner with HR/IT stakeholders for workshops, solution design, training, and documentation.

What you'll need

• 5–7 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) / Workforce Analytics (WFA) Consultant.
• Hands-on EC configuration experience.
• Experience with HR data management, analytics, and reporting.
• Experience delivering solutions across SuccessFactors platforms.
• Experience managing analytics needs and translating them into dashboards.
