Senior Enterprise Software Specialist (ServiceNow), Ministry of National Development

Overview

Lead a team of ServiceNow software engineers to deliver and continuously improve enterprise workflow and case management systems for Singapore’s Ministry of National Development (MND).

What you'll do

• Lead full lifecycle implementation of enterprise software systems, from planning through post-implementation support.
• Gather and translate requirements by analyzing MND business processes into software solutions.
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for complex enterprise software issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for software configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Run training sessions and workshops for end-users and technical staff.
• Monitor software performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners for licensing, upgrades, and support agreements.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise software systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise with at least one ERP, CRM, or BPM suite (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with system integration and API management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Solid project management skills with a track record of successful software deployments.
