Senior Finance Analyst - Accounts Payable

Overview

Senior Finance Analyst in Accounts Payable, responsible for invoice processing, verification and reporting for JLL.

What you'll do

• Receive and verify invoices for goods and services.
• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
• Match invoices with the purchase order.
• Data entry invoices for payment.
• Process backup reports after data entry.
• Monitor the weekly pay-run and record manual cheque entries for accounting purposes.
• Prepare daily reports: Inventory/Quality/Exception List.
• Track and monitor aged items and take effective steps for closure.
• Perform other duties assigned as and when required, including process improvement initiatives, system implementation and ad-hoc projects.

What you'll need

• Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management.

Nice to have

• Preferably 3 to 5 years of working experience in AP MNC.
• Experience with EMEA vendors.
• PeopleSoft, PEGA or large scale ERP financial systems experience.
