Overview

Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) for Strategic Accounts who embeds with restaurant brands and partners to deliver successful voice AI deployments.

What you'll do

• Embed with customer engineering teams to lead technical discovery and solutioning.
• Own end-to-end technical implementation from scoping and architecture through go-live and optimization.
• Configure and customize the platform for customer operational requirements, including integrations and edge cases.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in live deployments as an escalation point.
• Codify patterns into tools, playbooks, reference architectures, and building blocks.
• Translate deployment challenges into actionable feedback for product and engineering.

What you'll need

• Excellent software engineering skills.
• Comfort working across APIs, SDKs, webhooks, cloud infrastructure, and customer tech stacks.
• Ability to use AI coding tools to move fast and multiply output.
• Deep, personal commitment to customer technical success until deployments are bulletproof.
• High learning speed and effectiveness in ambiguity without constant structure.
• Ability to build credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders and stay calm under pressure.

Details

• Based in New York City or San Francisco.
• Occasional travel for customer meetings and onsite interactions.
