What you'll do

• Work directly with Founders to drive business revenue in a B2B setting
• Build growth experiments to drive business results
• Run a growth organization strongly rooted in numbers and analytics through result-oriented reporting
• Drive business revenue with strong ownership and agility

What you'll need

• 6-13 years of professional experience
• Exceptional understanding of business metrics and revenue models
• Advanced executive communication and presentation skills
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies

Nice to have

• Business ownership or consulting role experience
• Solid understanding of copywriting, visual design and website optimization
