Senior Partner Solution Engineer

Overview

Senior Partner Solution Engineer role focused on driving technical growth in Snowflake’s partner ecosystem across India by enabling partners, co-developing solutions, and supporting customer engagements.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Partner, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams to promote and implement optimal partner solutions.
• Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications for Snowflake architecture and best practices.
• Co-develop industry-specific solutions and accelerators aligned to partner service offerings.
• Present at Snowflake and Partner events, lead hackathons, and drive awareness and adoption with partners.
• Support strategic customer engagements by defining use cases and executing Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Own the technology roadmap with partners using reference architectures and delivery methodologies.
• Advocate for partner and customer needs with Snowflake product teams.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience working with Global and Regional System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Technology Partners.
• Demonstrated history of successful engagement with major partners.
• Proven ability to develop technical champions within partner organizations.
• Proven experience designing and building highly scalable data pipelines using Spark and Kafka.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing fundamentals (cloud DW experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and Google Cloud Build.
