Senior Partner Solution Engineer

Overview

Senior Partner Solution Engineer to drive technical growth across Snowflake’s partner ecosystem in India by aligning programs, boosting partner product knowledge, and supporting technical engagements.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Partner, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams to promote and implement optimal partner solutions.
• Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications for partner teams.
• Co-develop industry-specific solutions and accelerators with partners.
• Present at events, lead hackathons, and drive partner awareness and adoption.
• Partner on strategic customer engagements including use-case definition and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Own technology roadmaps with partners using reference architectures and delivery methodologies.
• Advocate partner and customer needs to Snowflake product teams.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience working with Global Systems Integrators, Regional System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Technology Partners.
• Developed data domain thought leadership within a partner community.
• Deep comprehension of partner revenue models, industry priorities, and challenges.
• Proven experience designing and building highly scalable data pipelines using Spark and Kafka.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing fundamentals (cloud DW experience preferred).
• Hands-on technical experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and Google Cloud Build.

• Travel up to 50% within India throughout the quarter to support partner engagement.
